Film goes on first. Ceramic can then go over the film and the rest of the paint, which adds gloss and makes the whole car easier to wash.

Yes. Satin is GSWF Platinum only, about 10% above Platinum gloss. Color change uses SVG colored film with a 10-year warranty, and unlike vinyl it protects the paint underneath.
