Gilbert drivers put real freeway miles on the 202 every week, and that is where rock chips come from. We install self-healing PPF in a climate-controlled shop, computer-cut, with the lower panels done on a lift.
Full front from $1,399Bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, headlights, plus A-pillars free (normally $250).
A garage keeps the sun off. It does nothing about what happens at 65 mph. Here is where Gilbert cars actually pick up damage.
Most of Gilbert commutes on it. At freeway speed a pebble off a truck tire stops being a scuff and becomes a chip through the clear coat, and a front end collects them faster than the odometer suggests.
Construction and landscaping trucks haul rock all over the East Valley. Loose gravel on surface streets does the same damage as the freeway, just slower.
Plenty of new cars go from the dealer lot straight onto the freeway. Film can't fix a chip that's already there, so the best time to install is before the first highway mile.
Gilbert drives a lot of vehicles worth protecting. A chipped hood costs at trade-in, and a repaint shows as non-factory paint on a vehicle history report. Film comes off clean and leaves original paint.
Gilbert customers pay exactly what San Tan Valley customers pay. Two clear films: Lockdown Layer, our in-house film with an 8-year warranty, and GSWF Defender Platinum with a lifetime warranty registered in your name.

Turns gloss paint matte with no paint and no vinyl. GSWF Platinum only, about 10% above Platinum gloss.
SVG colored film is protection film, not wrap. You get the new color and real chip protection in one layer, with a 10-year warranty.
Most Gilbert customers pair film on the front end with ceramic over everything. Ceramic for Gilbert.
Drop off, pick up. That's the whole trip. What happens in between decides whether the film still looks right in year five.
Every piece is cut on a Graphtec plotter before it touches the car. Shops that trim film on the panel with a knife leave cuts in your clear coat that outlast the film.
The underside of the bumper and the rockers take the worst hits. On a lift they're at eye level, so the edges get wrapped and finished instead of done by feel.
Film lays down and tacks properly at a controlled temperature. A driveway in a Gilbert July is not that.
Tyler does the install himself. No rotating crew, no handoffs between people who weren't there for prep.
Send the vehicle and what you want covered. You'll get an honest recommendation and a price before you drive anywhere.
Head down Hunt Highway at your appointment time. Appointment only, so your car isn't waiting behind walk-ins.
Prep, computer-cut film, hand-fitted and edge-wrapped, lower panels on the lift.
Drive it home to Gilbert the day it's done. Skip washing for 7 days while the film cures.
Firefighter-owned. If you serve or have served, mention it when you get in touch and you'll be taken care of.
"I had Tyler do a track package PPF on my RS3 and it turned out incredible. Looks better than when I picked it up from the dealer."
Zac Rauschenberger

Full front starts at $1,399 for a sedan, $1,599 for an SUV and $1,699 for a truck in Lockdown Layer (8-year warranty), or $1,700, $1,900 and $2,000 in GSWF Platinum (lifetime warranty). Full body in Platinum starts at $5,500. Same pricing as our San Tan Valley customers. See the tables.
You make the trip twice: drop off and pick up. The film is on the car for years. Computer-cut patterns, a lift for the lower panels and a climate-controlled shop matter far more to how it looks in year five than a shorter drive does.
As soon as you can after delivery, before it racks up freeway miles. Chips start on the first highway drive, and film can't fix a chip that's already in the paint. If you're picking up from a dealer, text us before you take delivery and we'll line up a date.
Most installs take one to two days. Drop off at your appointment and pick up when it's finished. Skip washing for 7 days while the film cures.
Yes. Satin is GSWF Platinum only, about 10% above Platinum gloss. Color change uses SVG colored film with a 10-year warranty. Unlike vinyl, it actually protects the paint underneath. Ask for a color quote.
