It appears again and again. People arrive expecting to be talked into something more expensive and aren't — sometimes they're talked into something cheaper.
Usually attached to a specific example — parts removed to reach behind them, an edge someone else would have left. The detail is the evidence, not the phrase.
By name, in almost every review. That's what happens when one person does every job. It's also the constraint on how much work we can take.
Nobody's told about it. Customers find out and mention it unprompted, which is the only reason it's worth anything.
There's no marketing budget here. Word of mouth and Google reviews are close to the whole thing — which means one review from you does more than any advertising we could buy.
We read every single one, including the parts that sting. If something wasn't right, tell us before you post and we'll fix it — that's not us managing our rating, it's us wanting the work to be right.
